WATER SCHEDULES  On June 23rd, 2016 our supplier, the City of Abilene, changed the outside watering restrictions from one day a week to three times a week. Since we purchase our water from the City of Abilene, we have to follow the outside watering schedule set by them.  Watering is still only allowed during the hours of 12:00 midnight to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 12: 00 midnight.  Your watering days are determined by the last digit of your account number.  Please see below for the days you can water.

  Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday                      Accounts ending in odd #'s
  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday                        Accounts ending in even #'s
  Monday, Wednesday, & Friday                     Industrial, Commercial, Government Customers, Public Schools and Universities

Due to the abundant rainfall and increase in lake levels our supplier the City of Abilene is now allowing outside watering three days a week.but these restriction requirements still apply;

1.       Watering of gardens, flowerbeds, trees and shrubs is permitted at any time of day if a garden hose is used and is hand held or a container of five gallons or less is used.  Also a drip irrigation system is allowed such as soaker hose, deep root water system, or bubbler.

2.       New lawns that have been seeded (not to include re-seeding or over seeding existing turf), sodded or mulched may be watered daily for eight minutes once during each of the following periods: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; 5:00 p.m. to 7: p.m.; and at regular intervals between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. for a maximum of three weeks.  To qualify new lawns are those installed in conjunction with the construction of a new residence and for a period 6 months thereafter or the re-tilling of an area equaling at least 50% of an existing yard.

3.       Vehicle washing can be done anytime using a five-gallon container and/or a hand held hose equipped with a quick shut-off nozzle for quick rinses. Watering running off more than 75 feet is not permitted.
